Jesus promised long ago That He would always be Wherever the faithful gathered In groups of two or three He said He is our Sheperd And as His flock we'd be protected That's why those who love Him so Have never felt neglected! He is the Way, He is the Truth And He's always been the Light.... That leads sinners out of darkness Toward Salvation, clear and bright! He also said He'd be with us Until the finish of the age... That's written down in Matthew Though I'm not sure on which page! He said that what we ask of God If requested in His Name... Would be granted to us always And today, it's still the same!
