I have a secret weapon That I use every day It calms my nerves and helps me cope As it keeps despair away I can use it anywhere Whenever there's a need With results that are most always Delivered with the utmost speed! Problems solved and hurdles jumped A lot of races have been won So many I can't remember all The obstacles I've overcome! To use this secret wisely Requires practice and great skill I started when I was a child And I am at it still! For I'd be lost without it I don't know what I'd do I would certainly feel defenseles And for good reason....it'd be true! So yes, I'm glad and grateful To have this weapon close at hand It's served me well throughout my life That's how God had it planned! Wondering what the secret it? Have you got it figured out? I'm sure you have used it too! In fact, I have no doubt! For daily strength and peace of mind That will help you through your day It's very simple....all you do Is get on your knees and PRAY!! And I, for one, can testify That in many of my darkest hours Prayer has never failed to show me The glory of His might and power! A bit suprised? You shouldn't be! For Jesus promised from day one....
